Yes. We begin with a complimentary in-person consultation appointment to learn about your goals, style, and budget.

From there, we’ll provide a detailed, all-inclusive estimate and walk you through your options so you can make an informed decision before moving forward.
Yes. Visiting the home is essential for preparing an accurate estimate. It allows us to understand the layout, existing conditions, and the full details of your project. We do not estimate based solely on photos.
There is no preparation needed. Our Project Consultant will walk through the space with you, discuss your goals, and understand the details of your project. If you already have inspiration photos, notes, or must-have features in mind, feel free to have those ready — but they’re entirely optional.

Our goal is to make the appointment easy and comfortable while gathering everything we need to prepare an accurate estimate for you.

We will guide you through everything well before construction begins.
Oftentimes, yes. Many remodels let you stay in your home, and we’ll walk you through which areas will be affected so you can plan around them with as little disruption as possible.

For major renovations or whole-home projects, we’ll discuss whether temporary accommodations make sense and help you prepare so the experience stays as smooth, safe, and comfortable as possible.
Not necessarily. Many homeowners choose to continue their usual routines.
We only need access to the areas being worked on, and we’ll coordinate any days when you do need to be present (such as for specific approvals or walkthroughs).
Your project will be led by one of our experienced Lead Carpenters, supported by our crew, trusted subcontractors, and the RWC office team. Everyone involved is a long-time, vetted professional committed to treating your home with care and respect.
All payments are clearly outlined in your contract, so you know exactly what to expect. Each payment is tied directly to specific project milestones, meaning you only pay as the work progresses.

This structure keeps the process transparent, predictable, and aligned with the actual progress of your remodel.
